When: October 21, 2026, 7-8:30pm
What: We prep, clean and sharpen our tools for art-making, but the body is the tool that moves and masters all the others. Learn to prepare your body for working your craft. This class will cover basic principles of alignment, core integrity, and flexibility. Special attention will be given to parts that are often placed in compromised positions during art-making, such as hands, wrists, shoulders, necks and backs.
**Note: The class does NOT address specific medical concerns (carpal tunnel, disc issues, etc) but rather, is focused on overall health and well-being for reasonably healthy bodies. If you have medical concerns or movement limitations, please consult your health care provider prior to participating and contact the instructor to discuss.
