Become A Member of the
Old School Makerspace

Membership is an excellent way to support and belong to Old School Makerspace, while enjoying a multitude of perks. These include:

• Priority registration and 15% discount on all classes

• Free entry to our 10 regular Open Shop sessions each month with easy sign-up using a members-only form

• 8 extra "Members Only" Open Shop sessions each month*

*Members Only Open Shop sessions operate on a different model than our regular Open Shop sessions. These sessions, occurring on Wednesdays from 6-9pm and Fridays from 1-4pm, are not supervised, and members are required to receive certification before being cleared to attend. This process involves attending regular Open Shop sessions and required orientations to become familiar with shop safety and operating requirements.

The cost of a membership is $45/month, or $75/month for families (up to 4 members of the same household).

Please note the following requirements:

In order to work in the woodshop or ceramics studio during Open Shop, you must attend an orientation session. Additionally, ceramics attendees must have completed at least one ceramics class prior to attending the ceramics orientation. Please click below to register for one of our upcoming sessions:
